However a cancellation fee may be charged to your credit card for any trip that is not cancelled within the allotted time. To avoid any cancelation fees, customers are expected to notify our customer service representative about a cancelation at least 3 hours prior to the designated pickup time in New York City 5 Boroughs including Airports and a minimum of 6 hours beforehand for any pickups in Connecticut, Westchester and New Jersey including the Newark Airport.
On the occasion that NJ Limo Service is unable to make any contact with the passenger or the registered contact person, post 15 minutes of the scheduled pick-up time made at the time of the reservation, then the ride will considered to be a no-show and will be discarded. So ensure that you are at the designated pick-up location on time, as any delay without prior notification to NJ Limo Service may result in the no- show charge, meaning the full fare.
Credit Card Policy
Whenever the payment is made via credit card, the customer is expected to provide the credit card number in advance for pre-approval purposes. However, this is only for pre-approval purposes and it does not constitute as payment for the trip. While reserving with a credit or debit card, a preliminary charge equivalent to 150% of the quoted fare is placed on the card in order to secure the estimated total- including tolls, gratuity, waiting time charges and that of additional stops. This hold is released as soon as the payment is processed at the end of the trip or approximately 3-5 business days after.
Our Sedans and Luxury Sedans will accommodate no more than 4 adult passengers with 3 standard size luggage, while the SUV can accommodate up to 6 passengers with 6 standard size luggage.
NJ Limo Service makes our customer's privacy a top priority and is dedicated towards protecting your privacy. And while we use the information you provide to secure your reservation with us, we at no point sell, trade, or rent your personal information to others. We use high quality encryptions, firewalls and other technology and security procedures to help protect the customer's personal information and prevent any unauthorized access. Sometimes, we may use the information we collect to occasionally notify the customers about any important changes made to the web site, or about new services, and special offers or discounts that we think you'll find valuable, but even then you are provided with an option to decline or unsubscribe from any future communication.
Further we use a secure server with the latest encryption to handle all our payments, to provide a safe online transaction and to avoid any duplicity, identity theft or fraud. All transactions are in US dollars.
If the client is making a reservation less than 12 Hours in advance or for the same day as their flight, we cannot guarantee a booking and request the customers to Call or Text at +1-718-430-0050 to check for availability.
We are not responsible for any substantial damages that the customers may sustain in the event of NJ Limo Service's failure to perform any of the transportation services as promised. If NJ Limo Service fails to satisfactorily perform the services promised, the customer's damages are restricted to the unused value of the ticket that the customer purchased from us. NJ Limo Service takes no responsibility for late arrivals, or of any inconvenience or harm caused by delayed service to the established destination.
